Changes and cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your changing needs. Any additions/changes made  may be subjected to an additional charge depending upon the availability of the item or if flowers and supplies have been already ordered from our floral farm suppliers.

Cancelations must be made made no later than 24 hours before delivery date.

 

 

Floral Symphony Guarantee

We strive to create beautiful arrangements using the freshest florals and foilage to guarantee your satisfaction.   If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us so we can make it right.

 

Substitution due to Seasonality and Supply

Flowers, fillers, containers, and other accessories may be necessary due to limitations coming from seasonality and supply.  We will make every effort to deliver the same theme and style using similar items of equal or even higher value.

 

Ordering & Delivery

We make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible, but freshness is our priority. In some occasions, rare florals will only be sourced upon confirmation and payment of order.  Most orders are delivered within 24 hours, but please allow a standard lead time of three (3) days upon order confirmation and payment for select standing and sympathy sprays, bouquets and gifts items.

Refunds (if applicable) 

No refunds for order cancelations within 24 hours of delivery date.

We allow refunds during an unlikely event that we are not able to fulfill an order but payment has been made via credit card or bank transfer, We will notify you if we are unable to fullfill an order and tag order for refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via Email and/or SMS. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Returns

Due to flowers being perishable, we do not allow product returns.
Returns are only allowed for wrong delivery address location pins within 30 minutes of delivery. any re-routes may incur costs to be shouldered by customer.
